i am a producer of electronic/rock music and i make music since 2017.
the morrizon moniker is where i put all of my electronic music. at the beginning it was mostly experimental and ambient, which is mostly due to a lack of knowledge about ableton at the time, and also because i got influenced by albums like metal machine music and apollo. the more recent stuff is mainly influenced by aphex twin, movie soundtracks, and just music that i come across
i actually came up with this name very recently, and decided that this is where i put all of my rock stuff. the name came about when i was thinking about the worst and most self destructive thing possible to be enthusiastic about. the first few releases are mostly improvised, with a road leading to nowhere being entirely improvised. the more recent stuff is more planned out and "traditional" in a sense. the recording equipment for this project is really cheap, which gives the guitar a kind of gritty and grinding sound (when its clean at least). main influence is siamese dream era smashing pumpkins i think idk i cant think rn
